Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to arrive. Business days are only Monday-Friday (Holidays are not included). All orders ship through USPS (Signatures are required when time of delivery). We are not to be held responsible for any LOST/STOLEN package's.

Please be sure that the address is correctly submitted and entered properly. Shipping and Billing address must match when submitting your order. We are not Responsible for any late shipments due to overcast weather, natural disasters, holidays or carrier delays.

Please understand that all holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating the shipping times. If your package is delayed we do not offer any reimbursement of shipping charges. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer liable for the delivery of the item. This is now a responsibility passed onto United Postal Service (800-275-8777) 


Custom Units

All " Create Your Own " units can take up to 14 - 21 business days. (Holidays are not included)

Please understand that I am only one person so units may take a bit longer. It is recommend that you purchase your units at an earlier time to avoid any issues. If you cannot wait for your unit to be made please do not make a purchase!

Wig Measurements

Please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. I WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY WRONG MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED!
